Very good experience. These guys built us a beautiful home, on time and on budget. It was the beginning of Covid, the supply chain was a mess but they did exactly what they promised. Project Manager was excellent, nothing was a problem and the overall experience was very cool. We have heard some real nightmare stories but these guys really made the whole process stress-free.

Lake land is building a house next door to us in a new development. Their project management has been outstanding. There's a house going up across the street by another builder and the differences are stark. Lake Lands site is clean and orderly. Subs show up and do outstanding work. I don't know these guys, but I think I'd trust them to build a house for me.

We just used (Lake Land) to finish our basement and are more than happy with the results. The basement looks awesome and was done in the timeframe promised. Chad is easy to get a hold of and very responsive in addressing any issues or questions we had in the process. 

Lake Land helped us build the perfect home. Through out the process David was very helpful in guiding us because we had never done this before. Thanks again for the great work! We love our new home.
