Lake Land Builders and CMV Design will work closely with you in the design of your home to incorporate your personal style and any design elements that you desire. We use state of the art Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create detailed drawings and floor plans of your new home. This allows you to see the vision of your new house come to life in 3D before we break ground. Plus, making changes can be as quick as the click of a mouse so the design continues to evolve as we progress. During Construction:
Lake Land Builders, is always available to address every question or request. We can assist you in selecting all the many materials and products that will adorn your home. We perform the field inspections daily and make it a point to be on-site as much as possible to personally oversee the project.
